We built the school portal we’d want our own kids’ school to run on.
SkoolBook is the K-12 tier of the Campus360 family, built by Ayva Technologies. It takes everything a legacy school ERP already does — admissions, attendance, fees, transport, report cards — and rebuilds it as one fluid, AI-native portal that a parent actually enjoys opening.
Why we built this
Most Indian schools run on ERPs built a decade ago — administratively deep, but visually and experientially stuck in 2010. Meanwhile the products parents and students use everywhere else — banking apps, food delivery, ride tracking — feel instant and alive. That gap is what SkoolBook closes: the same administrative depth a school actually needs, delivered through an interface built with today’s tools — real-time transport tracking, an AI tutor, and a single portal shared by every role in the school.
SkoolBook shares its brand, design system, and platform primitives — identity, tenancy, billing, events — with Campus360, its higher-education sibling, and both run on the wider Ayva Technologies platform. We’re not a school-ERP startup bolting on features one at a time; we’re a platform company that started with hiring (HireOrbyt), extended into higher education (Campus360), and built SkoolBook to do the same for K-12 — on infrastructure that was already proven.
What we believe
A school is parents, teachers, and students first — an admin system second. We design for the 6pm fee reminder and the 9am attendance mark equally.
If a feature isn't backed by real data, we say so instead of faking it — a deliberate, documented product principle, not an afterthought.
An AI Tutor and performance calibration that support real learning outcomes — not AI for the sake of a feature list.
Admin, teacher, parent, and student all open the same portal — themed to their school, gated to their role.
Ayva Technologies
SkoolBook is a product of Ayva Technologies — the platform company behind HireOrbyt (AI hiring) and Campus360 (higher-education operations). One governed, multi-tenant foundation powers all three.
